Welcome . . .

I have been Krabbe for all of my life, as has my father before me, and his before him. My wife has only been Krabbe for the thirty years we have been married.

You are welcome to comment on anything in this web site. Because the internet is akin to the "wild west" I will need to approve your first comment to make sure you are not an autobot trying to take over the world, and tax my coffee without representation.

BTW: I will be putting information on this very blog this coming month about my new novel ""The Fading Silence-a neo-bohemian post-post-modern apocalyptic story about a boy and his dog (that has nothing to do with a dog, but the man enters into it.)" Please check back and spread the word!

Through the Dim Glass

Some days I suffer from the illusion that I understand much.

About Rob Krabbe & Stuff

Rob KrabbeRob Krabbe lives in the upstate of South Carolina, between Krabbe Kreek and the Krabbe drainage ditch, on Krabbe Lane, in the middle of a dense forest. He moved here with his family and wife of 30 years to write, and reflect, and code the occasional web site.

He and his wife became grandparents in 2011, by a miracle of a time and space flaw, since neither he nor his wife are old enough to be grandparents, but they relish the experience just the same.

His daughter Tess Krabbe now Cannon, and her husband Tyler live nearby, while his other daughter is going to college full time, and taunting Rob with a boyfriend, Jake, who has been part of her life for many years.

Tristan, the boy, is now in high school, and is studying to be a menace, cellist, and fisherman.

  1. Mom says:

Fun….loved the snoring story! Dad and I have had this argument for 51 years as to who snores more or louder. Argument is ongoing.
